The Bugatti Divo: The $5.8 Million Masterpiece

In the world of hypercars, very few companies can hold a candle to Bugatti. Earlier at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, Bugatti raised the bar once more with the release of the Divo.
Named after the two-time Targa Florio winner Albert Divo, this “modern interpretation of Bugatti’s coachbuilding division” is a track focused version of the Chiron. Aggressive redesigns they increase the down force and get good cornering equate to a bespoke exterior design that works the air around the Divo to help with improved downforce, feed cool air to the enlarged intakes, brakes, and powertrain.
The rear spoiler is 23 percent larger than the Chiron, and has had the chassis re-tuned for sharper handling characteristics as well. The Divo shaves 35kg overall, and has been limited to 236mph. The same 1,479bhp 8L quadturbo W16 engine from the Chiron can be found in the Divo.
The changes results in the Divo being an astonishing eight seconds faster than the Chiron around the Nardo handling circuit.
There will only be 40 Divos made, and each one will cost you just a little under 6 million USD. Don’t rush to the bank to sell your soul though because all 40 units are already accounted for.
